We put people at the center of everything we do. We support people in organizations to feel well and live up to their own potential. We engage to improve the quality of employees' working life, which results in greater corporate success.
MinQi is really about energy - about our human energy, our inner strength.
That's why we chose this name. Min stands for minutes and Qi for energy (more precisely life energy - from traditional Chinese medicine).Through sessions that last only a few minutes, we increase the inner power of employees and teams.
Our goal is to create a work environment where we can keep our energy up. For that, there should always be a place for small pit stops to recharge our batteries. That's why we often compare MinQi with a power station for the stressful everyday working life.
MinQi was founded in 2019 by Dr. Delphine Colin and Dr. Sarah Mahr. But the founders have known each other for much longer. They already worked together before - often in very stressful phases. And it was exactly during such a phase that MinQi was "born". Since Sarah has had a great passion for yoga and meditation for many years, she was able to show Delphine little exercises to perform at her desk between the meetings of their project. For Delphine, who was repeatedly plagued by back pain, it became quickly clear: This is exactly what we need to integrate in our daily work routine. Small, uncomplicated exercises that calm the mind, relax the body and give more energy. That’s how the two decided to start the MinQi project.
You have the freedom of working from home (or anywhere you want) and the power to distribute your working hours to fit your working style and schedule to get stuff done and create work that makes you proud.
In 2015, the United Nations adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) aim to improve the living conditions of all people and protect the planet.
One of the main topics of SDG3 is prevention, which is a core aspect
of health policy. A particularly important aspect here is also the responsibility that companies bear for the health and well-being of
their employees. This is where we would like to make our contribution with MinQi.
SDG8 addresses the issue of decent work and economic growth. Particular emphasis is placed here on sustainable economic growth.
And that is precisely our mission with MinQi: By creating an attractive working environment in which people feel good in the long term, we also achieve better results. In this way, we increase economic growth - in a sustainable way.
