What is Self-Leadership?

Self-Leadership / Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based coaching model by renowned US therapist Richard Schwarz. The IFS Model represents a new synthesis of two already-existing paradigms: systems thinking and the multiplicity of the mind. It fosters multidimensional thinking and promotes inner and outer connectedness.
